Bratislava Business Center 1 Plus (BBC 1 Plus) as the first office building in the capital of Slovakia won environmental pre-certificate within an internationally recognized certification system, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Certification is awarded by a non-profit organization U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), to the buildings,
that meet the conditions and take the required action, for example: respecting the environment already in the design and selection of materials for construction, reducing water and energy consumption, providing a higher quality indoor environment, guaranteeing permanent sustainability and produce fewer emissions.
