HENKEL IS A NEW TENANT IN BBC 1 PLUS

The first green office building in Bratislava - BBC 1 Plus – has a new tenant - Henkel. Austrian investment and development company CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo), which stands behind the project of BBC 1 Plus, signed a lease with Henkel for nearly 3600 m²of office space. Contractually confirmed occupancy of the building BBC 1 Plus
increased to about 50 percent.
