FACILITY MANAGER OF GREEN BUILDING BBC 1 PLUS WILL BE ATRIUM

The first certified green office building in Bratislava BBC 1 Plus, which will be completed in September, has a
new facility manager. Investor CA Immo entrusted the property management to the company atrium, which operates in Slovakia under its subsidiary A-Management Ltd. Company. Atrium is a specialist in green commercial property management and at the same time a provider of professional service for sustainable construction of buildings.
