END OF CONSTRUCTION OF BBC 1 PLUS, FIRST TENANTS MOVE INTO THE BUILDING

The construction of the first green office building in Bratislava - BBC 1 Plus is finished. Construction of the project began in late 2010 and reached a total cost of 30 million euros. Administrative project offers tenants the utility area of approximately 15,900 m² besides of office space also other facilities as business premises and storage areas. The
first tenant, who in November moved to green offices, is Nestlé.
